Sneaker Rewind: Gabe Pruitt Wears Philly City Series Air Force 1's on His Rookie Card

Former Celtic Gabe Pruitt may never have made much of an impact during his time with the C's, however I was looking up info on the Celtics and found this card wear he is wearing a blue and white pair of Nike Air Force Ones. The card is a 2007-08 Upper Deck from Gabe's rookie seaon. The shoes are the Nike Air Force 1 07 Low "Philadelphia - Philly City Series - Elite Basketball Edition" in a varsity royal,university blue, and white colorway. Ray Allen in Jordan Brand 3 Percent "Away" Colorway vs the Wizards

Yesterday afternoon, Ray Allen wore a pair of Jordan Brand 3 Percent in an "Away" color way. These shoes feature a black nubuck upper with a kelly green extended mid sole. The tongue features Ray's "jump shot" logo. The 3 Percent is a redesigned Jorden Team model from the late 90's. The shoes have Air Max 180 cushioning in the heal. Ray left the game with an ankle injury, hopefully he recovers quickly, because he's been killing the sneaker game as of late.

I recently picked up this pair of Kevin Garnett AST TS Lightspeed PE's. They are in KG's size 15 and have KP34 stitched on the rear panel to commemorate the death of KG's friend baseball legend Kirby Puckett. Additionally, the shoes have 2Malik stitched on the medial side on the shoe to commemorate the death of KG's Timberwolve teammate Malik Sealy. KG wore these shoes during the Celtics Championship season. I am very excited by this pick up.

Kevin Garnett Autographed Sneaker Display

I was recently hunting for kicks on the internet when I came across this gem on Amazon. Amazon seller "Hall of Fame Memorabilia" is selling the display for $1,249.95. I image the price of this unit will skyrocket upon KG's retirement. It would make quite a nice conversation piece. The signed shoe is an TS Bounce Commander for 2009.
