The good folks over at theshoegame.com have posted pics of a shoe that is slated to release in 2011. The shoe, the Nike Foamposite Pro "Electric Green". The colorway is bound to wind up on the feet of a Celtic's player. The shoe is reminiscent of the Kryponate sneaker, so it is likely that Nate Robinson would wear this at some point. Gerald Green Reebok Show Stopper Pumps

In 2007 Gerald Green delighted Celtics fans with his amazing win of the NBA Slam Dunk Contest. Mr. Green was the young promising star, who channeled his inner Dee Brown to convincingly win the Slam Dunk Title. Gerald won the contest in a pair of custom Reebok Showstopper Pumps. The custom shoes were an instant hit in the sneaker community and their limited release made the shoes extremely desirable. 60 pairs were released to the public and Sole Collector magazine did a 4 page story on the shoe.

Ray Allen Air Jordan XX3 PE's

In 2008 Ray Allen participated in the annual Jim Callhoun All Star Charity Basketball game at Mohegan Sun Casino. During the game Ray Ray was spotted in a player exclusive pair of Air Jordan XX3 in a white/kelly green coloway. The shoes had "Sugar Ray" embroidered near the ankle collar. This pair is extremely limited and have never really surfaced on the reseller market. For now we can appreciate this beautiful pair of shoes.

Sneaker Rewind: Air Jordan Retro I Mid Phat Celtics 60+

On October of 2009, Jordan Brand released the Air Jordan Retro I Mid Phat Boston Celtics 60+ Edition. The shoe was part of a pack of shoes to commemorate the times Michael dropped over 60 points. These shoes hit select Jordan Brand accounts and were found in select Eblens and Expressions in the greater Boston area. The Jordan I Phat differs from the tradition Jordan I by having a larger, more stuffed tongue than the original model. The shoes currently re-sell on Ebay from $60 to $100.

Sneaker Rewind: Rajon Rondo's Reebok Questions

When Rajon Rondo first entered the league he was sponsored by Reebok. During his rookie season he wore this exclusive pair of Reebok Questions. This shoe was Allen Iverson's first pro model. I bet Reebok is really regretting not signing Rondo long term. With Iverson in Turkey, he would have made a perfect replacement for the face of Reebok basketball.

Sneaker Rewind: Michael Finley Air Jordan 12 PE

Last season the Celtics added Michael Finley to their bench to add a veteren presence to the team. Finley was a good role player off the bench, however he was not the piece needed to win another Championship. Today we look back at one of his finer sneaker moments with the C's. Al Jefferson Player Exclusive Reebok Show Stopper

True Celtic fans will always appreciate a player that hustles and gives their all on every play. Al Jefferson was one of these players. It is unfortunate that Al had to leave to get the KG deal done. It would have been nice to watch his career blossum, but I think everything turned out ok. We won a Championship and Big Al is on a contender in Utah. Today we take a trip back to the early 90's to revisit Chalk Line brand jackets. The early 90's fashion was all about big logos and bright vibrant colors. There is no better physical representation of this era than Chalk Line brand player jackets. Take for example this Larry Bird jacket. Welcome Home Eddie House

With all the hype surrounding the Celtics/Heat season opener, it was almost all but forgotten that Eddie House was returning to Boston. During the Celtic's Championship run, House became forever endeared to C's fans for hitting numerous big shots. He was a fan favorite during his time with C's and we here at Celtkicks.com thought we'd pay Eddie his due by showcasing his RBK "Unheralded" PE's. The model pictured have all white uppers with large Reebok logo in kelly green. House was also known write messages to friends and family with sharpie on his shoes. These PE's are extremely rare and I have never seen a pair hit Ebay. For now we can just look and enjoy.

During last night's pregame interview on Comcast, fans were treated to the fashion phenomanon that is Paul Pierce. Pierce was spotted wearing a blue pinstriped suit that would make Steve Harvey flip. In addition, Paul was wearing some crazy old school DMC looking glasses. Finally "The Truth" topped off the ensemble with Beats By Dre headphones.

As the oldest player in the league Shaquille O'neal has worn alot of sneakers throughout his career. Dejected I went to Newbury Comics in North Attleboro, MA to get some new music, when I found this New Era Celtics Draft Day hat. This retro snap back features the same font used on Len Bias' draft day hat. This update features raised lettering and a C's logo to the right of the font. If you want your own expect to pay $29.99. SNEAKER REWIND: Jordan 60+ DMP

In honor tonight's game versus the Bulls, we travel back two summers to revist the Air Jordan 60+ DMP pack. Originally released July 11th of 2009 this package paid homage to the game that took place on April 20th 1986, when Michael Jordan fired-up 63 points against Larry Bird and the Boston Celtics during game 2 of the ’85-86 Playoffs. Jordan may have dropped 63 points, but the Celtics utimately won the game and the series. Let's hope the C's have the same luck tonight versus the new look Bulls. Sneakerheads were treated to a suprise on Thursday when Paul Pierce posted pics of his latest signature Legacy shoe on Twitter. Just minutes after posting the photos, fans inundated Paul with requests to have the shoe released in adult sizes. Paul took heed of the responses and stated "I'm trying to get Nike to make them for adults too it's all on your response let me kno". Let's just hope Nike sees the buzz for these shoes and finally releases them in adult sizes.

SNEAKER REWIND: Ricky Davis

Hello Celticks followers. Today we travel back in time to look a player exclusive from former Celtic Ricky Davis. Ricky was a fan favorite during his tenure with the Celts and was known for his high flying dunks. Back in the early half of the 2000's Ricky had a contract with And1. During the 2002 season And1 made Ricky this custom pair of their 2Chi model. The shoe has Rickys nickname "get buckets" sewn on the upper. This pair shown is from my own personal collection.
